Booking Process

• You can book a tour with us via our website, email, phone, or by visiting our Srinagar office.
• Once you choose your package, we will provide a detailed itinerary, inclusions, and final cost.
• Once we receive the initial payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to you.

Payments

• Advance Payment: An advance payment is dependent on the Hotel category. Yes, for a 2 Star hotel, only 20% of the total Package Cost is required. For a 3 Star Hotel, only 30% and for a 4 Star Hotel, a minimum of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid once you reach Kashmir or Ladakh on the first or 2nd day of the trip
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash at our office.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 30 Days before, you will get a 90% Refund of the Total Amount
• 15 days or more before the tour: 50% refund of the total amount (excluding taxes & transaction charges).
• 7–14 days before the tour: No
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Amendments to Bookings

Please note that the Company has the right to change the Booking Policies at any Time without informing anyone.
