Ladakh Tour Cancellation Policy

For Ladakh tour packages, our cancellation policy ensures transparency and clarity:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the travel date – 100% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before the travel date – 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the travel date – No refund.

Kashmir Tour Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy for Kashmir tour packages is as follows:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the travel date – 100% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before the travel date – 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before the travel date – No refund.

Special Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies may occur. Full refunds (after deducting applicable bank charges) will be processed in the following cases if valid proof is provided:

• Medical Emergency: Hospital certificate or doctor’s letter.
• Death in Immediate Family: Death certificate and relationship proof.
• Government-Imposed Restrictions: Official government order or travel advisory.
• Natural Disasters or Flight Cancellations: Airline or government-issued proof.

Proof Requirement for Emergency Refunds

To claim an emergency refund, you must submit:

• A written cancellation request via email or WhatsApp.
• Relevant documents as mentioned above.
• Booking confirmation voucher and payment proof.
• Refund requests without valid proof will be processed under standard cancellation policy.
