Kashmir Tour Mart is a joint team of local travel experts based in Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, focused on providing only safe, reliable, and memorable travel experiences.

By booking a Kashmir or Ladakh tour or using any other services, you should know and agree to these Terms & Conditions, which we have mentioned on this page. This document explains how we operate, the rules for booking and cancellations,

Our goal is to maintain transparency and build trust between us, and through Kashmir and Ladakh, it is enjoyable, safe, and stress-free.

Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed, and you will get the receipt of the advance payment and the Final Itinerary
• Once payment is processed, you will receive an official confirmation through the company via email/WhatsApp message with your booking details. It will take 2 to 3 days.

Payments

• An advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking. The amount will depend on the Hotel types
• The remaining balance must be paid after reaching Kashmir or Ladakh.
• We accept online bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

Prices & Inclusions

• Package prices include only those services mentioned in the itinerary. You should check all inclusions and exclusions before the payment
• Additional services requested during the trip will be charged extra, like a Cab, and other things are not added

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations will be subject to our Cancellation Policy for Kashmir and Ladakh tours.
• Emergency cancellations due to medical conditions or government restrictions are permitted upon submission of valid proof.

Changes in Itinerary

• We have every right to make changes in the tour plan due to weather conditions, safety concerns, in both Kashmir and Ladakh
• Such changes will be communicated in advance before making any changes to your plan

Travel Documents & Permits

• It is the traveller’s responsibility to carry valid ID proof, travel documents,
• The company will help you to arrange the permits for restricted areas in Kashmir and Ladakh.

Liability

• Kashmir Tour Mart will not be liable for any extra charges you may incur for activities or other things not mentioned in your tour plan, cancellations, or additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances.

Jurisdiction

• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
